The provincial superior Holy Ghost Fathers and Brothers Province of Nigeria South East Rev.  Fr.  Augustine Nwosu C.S.Sp, has charged students of Bishop Okoye Spiritan Secondary School to remain focused  in their academic pursuit . The clergy gave the charge during hisworking visit to the school recently. He noted that BOSSS as a Spiritan Institution has remained consistent in keeping the mission and vision of the Holy Ghost fathers through the education apostolate.   He described the Spiritan education model as one that is holistic, integrating sound morals and education urging  the students to make proper use of the opportunity they have to study in the school. He tasked the students to uphold discipline describing it as the key that will help unlock the gate of responsible and fulfilled adult life they all desire to have.  He admonished them to take their learning seriously while equally thanked the parents of BOSSS for sending their children to the school and assured the management of BOSSS of his continuous support.

Earlier, the provincial received a rousing welcome from the management, staff and students of BOSSS. In their separate remarks,   the principal of BOSSS, Very Rev Fr Jude Ekemgba C.S.Sp  and the community Superior,  Rev Fr  Dominic Nnoshiri  C.S.Sp  thanked  the  clergy for  the visit despite his tight schedules and looked forward to having him visit the school in the future. The visit  of the provincial to BOSSS was the first  since his inception into office and had official engagements with the management team, staff and students of the school.
